So. Another Fail. Ugh.

Okay, for all of you who know I am cosplaying Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji for Ohayocon this year. I have the red contacts, the hair, the shoes, all my special items, the bag I was going to carry, pants, and even a tray. I wanted to make this cosplay super special because...well I've always felt like I've half-assed all my cosplays. So to top it off and just make it wonderful I imported a real, antique, tailcoat...From London, England. First off the seller lied to me about the size, it was supposed to fit. Well luckily it wasn't too horrible and all I'd have to do was just make the arms a little wider and it would fit just fine. So I set out to have it adjusted...Professionally.

I went out today, tail coat in hand, and went down to the tailors at the local Dry Cleaners. First off the second I went it they immediately started snapping at me with "What do you need adjusted?!"
"Just the arms a little bit, they just need to be loosened..."
"We can't adjust the arms!!! ...put it on anyway!"
enter Chinese lady:
"Oh you too big, you too fat! Pretty coat, but you too big! Pretty Pretty! BUT TOO BIG! COAT TOO SMALL!" *laughs* (I swear to Lord Jesus Christ I'm not being racist, this is just the way she spoke.)
"Oh...okay well thank you..."

So they insisted that I'd leave the coat with them so they could "See what they could do" and I did. With hope...lots and lots of hope.

Mom and I went out shopping and we get called to come pick my coat up they'd already finished it, I was really excited. I get in there and they had COMPLETELY. TRASHED. MY. VINTAGE. IMPORTED. TAILCOAT. TRASHED TRASHED TRASHED TRASHED! I have to start my entire cosplay from the ground up now. I was almost done and they ruined my prized piece! So now I have to make my own coat and vest and shirt from scratch!

I am so freaking ticked off right now. I'm running on 5 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours. I'm getting ready to just go down there and beat somebody's you know what. (I can't swear in my journals anymore because my Aunt reads them. HI NINI!)
